I just wanted to post the training I have completed in the build up to not one, but two CWU runs over the past 3 years. This has been a long road with multiple injuries (mostly calf strains which require complete rest) and interruptions from work, unexpected international travel etc. With normal life, I lost two very close friends during this period as well.
This is really for my record but also if anyone is interested in following my lead (at my sort of age 😎) this is an idea of what I think you will need to do. 😀
