Iceland Coast to Coast 2022

7 days ago an intrepid group of individuals, event organisers and Icelandic support crew set off to traverse Iceland from North coast to south coast. I will post separately here on individual days later but the short story is that we finished it successfully. Despite terrible weather on day 2, we conquered all that Iceland could throw at us (at least that week in August!). Moreover, I gained some new friends and we all finished as a close knit, friendly bunch of mates, all on first name terms, and bonded by an incredible shared adventure. Thor's hammer made more than one appearance, and we were all rewarded through our efforts by being adopted into the halls of Valhalla!
